4. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations made at least 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 2 hours of the pickup time may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • “No-shows” or failure to appear at the pickup point will be charged in full.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days.


5. Airport Transfers

  • Please allow adequate time for your journey to the airport. Globe Taxis Ltd cannot be held responsible for missed flights due to traffic, road closures, or incorrect booking times.

  • Drivers will monitor your flight status where possible, but delays or changes must be communicated promptly by the customer.

  • Waiting time after the flight landing includes 30 minutes of free waiting, after which standard charges apply.


6. Vehicle and Passenger Safety

  • All passengers must wear seat belts at all times.

  • Smoking, drinking alcohol, or using illegal substances inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited.

  • Our drivers reserve the right to refuse travel to any passenger displaying abusive, threatening, or unsafe behaviour.

  • Globe Taxis Ltd will not be liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle.
